This two-day trek will take you to explore the impressive Humantay Lagoon at the foot of the Cordillera Salkantay, a region entire of glaciers, waterfalls, rivers, and lagoons. These landscapes, among the most beautiful in the area, will make your experience unforgettable. During the tour, you can admire the majestic snow-capped mountain of Salkantay and enjoy spectacular panoramic views. You will be surrounded by nature in its purest state, experiencing the beauty of the Andean landscapes at every step.

RECOMMENDATIONS
We will pick you up from your hotel between 4:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. to begin a journey of approximately 2.5 hours to Mollepata, where we will have a break for breakfast. Then, we will continue by transport to Challacancha, the starting point of the trek. In the first 25 minutes, we will ascend gently to the Canal de Agua, a viewpoint with spectacular views of the snow-capped mountains. From there, we will walk for 2 hours until we reach the Humantay Lagoon, where you can explore and enjoy its natural beauty. After the visit, we will descend to our camp in Soraypampa, where we will spend the night in comfortable Domes.
We will start the second day with a delicious breakfast at the camp, ready for a new day of adventure. We will begin the trek to the imposing Nevado Salkantay, one of the highest peaks in the Andes. The day will be challenging, as we will reach the Salkantay Pass, at 4,600 meters above sea level. Along the way, we will enjoy breathtaking landscapes of mountains, glaciers, and Andean valleys. After admiring, we will descend to Soraypampa for lunch. Then, we will walk about 25 minutes to the transportation point to Cusco, arriving around 6:00 p.m.
