After several hours of hiking, we will reach the foot of Huascaran, where we will set up our first camp.

After breakfast and having packed all the climbing equipment, camp, and food, we will begin our hike with the help of porters and under the guidance of one of our experts. After several hours of hiking, we will arrive at our next campsite.

After a restful night under the shadow of Apu Huascaran and after enjoying breakfast, we will begin a gradual and safe ascent toward Camp I. This day, as the demands of our expedition are increasing, we will begin the ascent very early, between 3:00 and 4:00 a.m. After crossing the gully and going through an avalanche zone, we will arrive at our next camp, located in the heart of Huascarán, between its two majestic peaks.

We will start between 12:00 and 1:00 a.m., fully equipped and guided by one of our expert mountaineers. After crossing crevasses, canyons, and ice walls, we will reach the roof of Peru and the summit of the world’s highest tropical snow-capped mountain, the Huascaran. After taking pictures and enjoying the impressive view, we will begin the descent to Camp II, where you can rest and recharge your batteries before continuing to Camp I or the moraine, depending on the group’s physical condition.
